Introduction / Job Description
We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead all aspects of our business. You will deliver a high-quality menu and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service.Restaurant Manager responsibilities include maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. We’ll expect you to lead by example and uplift our staff during busy moments in our fast-paced environment. Ultimately, you will ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and customers have pleasant dining experiences.
FOH MANAGER SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional greeting of clients and visitors to the highest standards
- Implement and maintains dynamic and safe operational working procedures
- Is responsible for counting and recording financial transactions with fidelity
- Organizes and maintains purveyors invoices
- Handles weekly bank deposits; including maintaining petty cash pars
- Is knowledgeable of POS register (TOAST)
- Communicates effectively and regularly with General Manager and BOH Manager(s) to promote and plan menu, specials, weekly needs
- Develops/Supervises weekly schedules
- Develops strong relationships with distributors/food reps
- Able to work early mornings as well as weekends
- Has reliable transportation
Skills
- Experience working in a management position
- Is Servsafe certified or able to complete training
- Proficient in Communication-Verbal and written skills
- Possesses excellent people skills and is Teamwork Oriented
- Professional, Punctual and organized
- Computer skills; proficient in Sheets, online ordering systems, can complete basic math to achieve accurate outcomes
